Can I Use One Sign-up Form for Multiple Contact Lists?
When you create a sign-up form, you need to link it to a contact list right in the first step. In this step, you also have the choice to add additional contact lists to the form.
The choice of contact lists gives you access to the preprogrammed double opt-in mailing connected to this form.
Once you've chosen multiple contact lists for the sign-up form, make sure that you activate the contact lists in the second step. To do this, first select Add Another Attribute, then chose Select Contact List. You can hide the contact lists and preselect them and/or leave them visible so your contacts can choose their own contact lists.
This is a good way to make sure that your contacts receive multiple welcome emails. Once your contacts have completed the double opt-in, they then will receive any automated mailings you've set up for each contact list.
