Can I manually view, correct and reactivate hard bounce addresses?
Hard bounces are blocked from the system. If you want to correct an email address, you can simply re-add it in the correct form and delete the bounced address.
Alternatively, the Newsletter2Go support team can reactivate blocked addresses.
However, please note that we can only reactivate addresses if you are sure that the address actually exists. It is not possible to reactivate all bounced addresses in one go.
Contacts can easily be deleted. However, please note that if you import the same address, it will exist in your database once again and will be synchronized with the existing list of bounces - so will once again be marked as a bounce.
