How does target group segmentation work?
When preparing to send an email campaign, you can select certain target groups from your contact list based on specific criteria.
This way, you select only those contacts for whom your campaign is most relevant. Ultimately, the more relevant your emails, the more engaged your audience will be.
You can categorize your contacts based on as many attributes as you like - such as age, hair color, gender or interests. These can then be used to establish segments, such as "women over 50" or "teenagers who are interested in ancient Greek literature".
