Unsubscribe Management

There are two different ways to access this information. You can either view those who have unsubscribed under "Reports" --> "Activity" --> "Unsubscribers"... ...or under "Inactive Contacts", where you can search users by email [...]

You can do this by searching for their email address under: Contacts --> Active Contacts --> Advanced search.  Click on the cogwheel icon next to their email address and select "unsubscribe" from the drop-down menu. "Unsubscribe [...]
