How do I add an attachment?

Our email marketing software allows you to send attachments. However, this feature is only available starting in the Standard Plan. 

In the fifth step of creating your mailing, you have the option to Add Attachments. Chose the attachment from your media library or upload a new one.

All attachments have a maximum file size of 8 MB. Please note that the larger your attachment is, the higher the chances of it getting marked as spam. 

Alternately, you can host the file and include it in your email campaign as a link. Open the media library and upload your file there. Copy the link under the file name and paste it as a link into your mailing.

The following file formats can be uploaded to the media library: .jpeg, .png, .gif, .doc, .xlsx, .csv, .pdf.

Unfortunately, video and music files cannot be attached or embedded. 

Subscribers of the Lite Plan have 5 MB of media storage. Subscribers of the Standard Plan have 1 GB of media storage, and our Pro Plan offers unlimited media storage.
