How Can I Contact Support by Phone?
The phone support option is available to Standard and Pro Plan customers. All customers (Lite, Standard, and Pro) can contact the Support Team via email at [email protected]
For technical questions or queries about functions and features, you can contact our Support Team by phone at +49 (0) 30 311 995 10. Phone support is available from Monday to Friday, 9 a.m. to 6 p.m., excluding holidays. Please keep in mind that the time zone is CET (CEST).
You can reach telephone support by giving your PIN. You can generate a PIN directly in your account. Simply click on the question mark icon and "contact support". A new window will open, and you will receive a temporary PIN. This PIN is valid for 30 minutes and expires after you use it. When prompted, type in your PIN and confirm it by pressing the # key.
