  • A webinar: This will guide you through your first steps of usage. The webinar takes place every Tuesday between 11:00 and 12:00 and is free for you. To register, click here
  • Video tutorials: The short films are arranged by theme and show in 1-3min with picture and sound the most important steps to the respective function. You can find the tutorials here.

You can generate the PIN directly from your account. Click on the question mark icon and contact Support.

In a new window you will receive the temporary PIN. Your personal customer PIN is valid for 30 minutes and expires after use. Our telephone support can be reached on weekdays (Mon-Fri) from 9-18 clock under the above number. As soon as your pin is queried, type it in and confirm with the # key.
