How do I add new clients?

At first log in to your agency account under

When you click on the button "create account" a pop-up window opens and you can add the new client.

If you login you only need to enter the email-address and choose a language. The client will get a mailing with an automated password. The password is individual and only for the first login. Afterwards the user can change the password under profile. 

Please take care that you only create a new account. If there is already an account with this Email-address, you'll get an error message. If this happens just contact the support via Email to
