How Do I Receive My Commission?

You can check the status of your commission by navigating to the drop-down menu at the top right of your screen and clicking on Spread the Word > Credits. You can see how much commission you’ve already received and how much is still pending.

Your commission is shown in relation to your referred customers. You can see the number of customers who made a purchase and received the link. Due to data protection laws, we can only show the customer through their URL. If you want further information, please send an email to support@newsletter2go.com.

To request your commission, simply send us an invoice for the total to partner@newsletter2go.com. You can invoice us once you have earned a minimum of €50. The revenue shown in your account is always the net amount, so your 10% commission is calculated this way as well.

The period of performance is defined by your customer’s date of purchase until the last credit note. The performance should be specified as "commission + performance period".
