How Do I Cancel My Subscription?
You can cancel your current plan under Manage Subscriptions. From the main drop-down menu at the top right of your screen, go to Account > Manage Subscriptions. Click on Disable Subscription Auto-Renewal.
Please note that if you deactivate your current subscription, you’ll be downgraded to the Lite 1K Plan at the next billing cycle. This downgrade will not affect any plans you’ve already paid for.
You can use the Lite 1K Plan free of charge, but it includes fewer features and a lower email credit volume.
