What Is the Difference Between Prepaid and Plan Credits?
1) Plan Credits
If you send a regular amount of campaigns each month, our plan credits might be your best option.
All users start out in the Lite Plan with 1,000 email credits a month, our free option. If you choose to upgrade, you have the option to increase both the number of email credits you get per month and/or your plan’s functionality. (Standard offers expanded functionality and Pro offers access to all our features.)
Your subscription offers you the same amount of plan credits each month, comparable to your phone plan. These email credits are valid for one month (30 days) starting on the date of purchase. Your unused credits will expire at the end of the 30-day period, and you’ll receive your credits for the next month.
Your subscription will be automatically renewed after 30 days if you don’t cancel before. You can change or cancel your subscription up until one day before the next billing cycle starts. You can change your current plan at any time under the main drop-down menu found on the top right of your screen. Navigate to Account > Manage Subscription.

2) One-Time Plan Credits
If you need more email credits than your current subscription offers, you can purchase additional one-time plan credits. For example, if you send more emails during the holiday season, you might want to top up your credits without changing your full plan.
To do this click on Buy Plan Credits, choose I Need More Email Credits and select your desired number of credits. The price is according to the current CPT (cost per thousand) of your subscription.
In case of a one-time purchase, don't tick the box below. If you tick the box, you’ll change your subscription for the next month.
3) Prepaid Credits
You don’t send regular campaigns? Our prepaid credits might be the best option for you.
You can buy prepaid credits as and when you need them. There are no requirements or monthly fees for prepaid credits. Prepaid credits won't expire after one month.
