What Do the Numbers 0, 1 and 2 Mean When Exporting Contacts?

In the Reports area, you can see which addresses have bounced and unsubscribed. You can also download these as a CSV. You can find more information about how to download contacts here.

The addresses are listed in a separate column with numbers that have the following meanings:

1) In the Bounces column:

• 0 = soft bounce
• 1 = hard bounce

2) In the Unsubscribes column:

• 0 = active
• 1 = unsubscribed
