Can I Send a Campaign Without Tracking?
If you want to send a campaign without tracking you have two options:
1) You can manage the tracking parameters under Email Settings > Tracking in the drop-down menu at the top right of your screen.
You can deactivate or reactivate the open and click rate tracking. Your selected settings will be valid for (all) your contact list(s).
Please note: If you disable tracking, parameters won’t be sent to validate data such as open and click rates or customer activity.
Here, you also have the option to select Anonymous Mode. While open and click rates will still be measured, they won’t be assigned to a certain recipient. The report will only show an overview.
