How Can I Optimize My Delivery Rate?

There are several different things you can do in our software to optimize your delivery. To open your email settings, navigate to the drop-down menu at the top right of your screen and click on Email Settings.

1) SPF:

Your SPF record is set up automatically from our side, and you don’t have to do anything to implement it.

The SPF record checks the origin and validity of the technical sender address (MAIL FROM address). This address is only used for the SMTP (Simple Mail Transfer Protocol) communication between servers and is not visible to your recipients.

We use a valid SPF record, which is validated by many major email providers. You don’t have to change any settings.

2) Sender ID:

You can add a Sender ID record to the DNS of your domain, similar to the previously mentioned SPF record. You’ll allow our email servers to use your domain as the sender address. The sender ID is mainly used by Microsoft email services such as Hotmail, MSN or outlook.com.

3) DKIM:

The DKIM method (DomainKeys Identified Mail) signs outbound emails with both a private and public key. This enables the server on the receiving end to determine if an email originates from a specific email address ( HEADER FROM address). DKIM is used by many major providers like Yahoo or Gmail.

4) Spam Test

In the last step before sending your campaign, you have the option to run a spam test. This will check your mailing for spam trigger words that might cause your email to get flagged as spam.

You’ll get advice on what needs to be optimized if necessary. Our suggestions are just a guideline and don’t guarantee definite success. Learn more about how the spam test works.
