DKIM

With the DomainKeys Identified Mail method (DKIM), your outbound emails will be signed using a private and public key. This enables the recipient's mail server to determine whether or not an email is actually coming from the sender address. DKIM is mainly used by major providers such as Google Mail and Yahoo.

Set-up

1. Go to "Email settings" in your Newsletter2Go account and click on "Create new domain" next to DKIM.  

2. Enter your domain in the following format:  mydomain.com

3. An entry will then be created for your domain. This needs to be added to your DNS TXT Record.

You can do this yourself, or ask your administrator or web host.

4. Once the entry has been added, it may take up to 24 hours before it's updated. 

5. You can check the status of your DKIM Domain under email settings. A green tick next to the domain name means that all future emails will be automatically signed with DKIM - no further action is necessary.

Using SPF, DKIM and Sender ID help to reduce the chances of your emails being marked as spam, and to increase delivery rates.
