Can I Use a Custom Sender Name/Email Address?

You can enter your own sender name and sender email in the second step of creating your campaign.

You can also set up your custom sender name/sender email by navigating to the drop-down menu at the top right of your screen under Email Settings  > Default Contact List. This information will be used automatically for all campaigns. Your sender name/sender email will also be shown as a reply to one of your recipients.
